Dear Valued Customers,

Given that we provide essential services we continue to meet our customers’ heating, hot water, fuel delivery and plumbing needs with some adjustments.

Some of our customers are working/staying at home and making efficient use of their time by calling us to schedule plumbing and heating repairs and/or maintenance tune-ups. We are able to respond to these requests.

We want to follow recent health authority mandates, so we are requesting customers take the following actions to help prevent the spread of the virus:

✅ Unlock bulkheads and/or basement doors for equipment access
✅ Maintain a distance of six (6) feet or more from Kerivan-Lane team members
Pay bills via our website or call in with a credit card to securely process payment

Protecting the health and welfare of our customers and team members is our top priority. We hope you and your loved ones are staying safe and healthy.

Americans are resilient in the face of adversity. Kerivan-Lane’s team reflects that same spirit. We are all sacrificing, adapting and working together to do our job and serve our customers. Tough times for all, indeed, but together we will get through this.
