On June 28, 2012, John K. Lane, Michael McDonald and Michael Kelly passed their A/B certification exam for underground tank safety through the Massachusetts Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Beginning August 1, 2012, the Massachusetts EPA will require all fueling depots to have certified persons on site at all times. They must be knowledgeable and responsible for both the daily operations and administrative tasks for the underground storage tank system. This is no small task seeing as how Kerivan-Lane has nine active, underground tanks at our depot!
Continuing education is a key part of Kerivan-Lane’s success as a company. We are very proud to see John K. Lane, Michael McDonald and Mike Kelly all achieve the highest requirements Massachusetts has for our type of facility.
