Thank you for providing us your e-mail address. Kerivan-Lane will continue to provide each customer a paper invoice for service work and each delivery invoice will be left at your door. The delivery notice includes your previous balance, delivery charges and your total balance
In an effort to serve you better, we will e-mail your monthly statement. We can also e-mail upon request your delivery history and complete account history. Of course, if you would like to continue to receive paper statements instead an e-mailed statements, please notify us by e-mail or phone.

Tune-up season is well underway and Kerivan-Lane has already completed 70% of our customers tune-ups. August 15th marks the beginning of what is already a busy new equipment installation season. Please schedule your oil burner tune-up.
Please remember, conservation is where you have the greatest savings. Call or e-mail us for your annual oil burner tune-up. This saves up to 10% on your annual oil consumption.
Friendly Reminder:
Service plans were billed on May 31st. If you have not already paid for the service plan, it will removed and credited off your account by August 15th. Of course, if you need service and your do not have a service plan, you will simply be billed time and materials for the work performed. Tune-ups if purchased separately, cost $169.95.
