Thank you! Roy's adjustment of our thermostat did the trick. I made 3 more adjustments per Roy's instructions--now temp. change is only 2-3 degrees instead of 8. House feels comfortable all the time. We indeed thank the WHOLE TEAM for their part... and very quick service!
